The planning is made for performances per project and cost centre origin.
If the actual-projects are not available at the moment of budgeting, the planning can be made on any summarization level of the budgeting project. By allocating the actual-projects to this budgeting project, you get a consistent comparison of planned and actual.
You immediately see all effects on other segment plans, such as cost centre planning, contribution margins, corporate results, the management income statement and the profit and loss accounting.
